Job Description:
Are you a hands-on Finance Manager looking for a varied, fast-paced role within a growing consultancy environment?
We’re partnering with an innovative digital consultancy that’s looking to appoint a part-time Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while supporting senior leadership with insight, analysis, and continuous improvement.
This is a broad, end-to-end role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, improving processes, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing the full finance function up to trial balance
*Producing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
*Cash flow management and forecasting
*Payroll oversight and AP/AR management
*VAT returns and statutory compliance
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
*Working with external partners on UK & US compliance
*Identifying efficiencies, automation opportunities and process improvements
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
*5+ years’ experience in a finance role
*A professional accounting qualification (or part-qualified)
*Strong Xero and Excel skills
*High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
*Experience in consultancy or multi-entity environments (desirable)
*Exposure to UK & US finance/compliance (desirable)
Location: Bristol (hybrid)
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Hours: Part-time – 24 hours per week (minimum 3 days)
