*Experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°), resourcing or talent acquisition
*Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills

What you’ll be doing:
*Sourcing and qualifying top candidates across engineering and renewable energy disciplines
*Managing end-to-end delivery across a variety of live roles
*Conducting screening, interview preparation and candidate management
*Coordinating interview processes, feedback and offer stages
*Overseeing compliance and onboarding
*Delivering outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
*Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to meet growing client demand
