Finance Business Partner – The Role:
*Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and commercial teams
*Provide insightful management information, forecasting and budgeting
*Analyse performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and influence decisions
*Support strategic planning and business cases
*Improve financial controls, processes and reporting
*Work closely with senior leadership to support growth and profitability
Finance Business Partner – The Responsibilities:
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Confident analysing data and translating it into clear, actionable insight
*Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo
