Full time hours on a temporary basis
*Lead, supervise, and support a team of Repairs Administrators.
*Ensure repairs are logged, scheduled, and closed down accurately and within agreed timescales.
*Monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs, targets, and service standards are met.
*Oversee daily coordination with planners, operatives, contractors, and customer service teams.
*Handle complex customer queries and resolve escalated issues.
*Review workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
*Maintain accurate records using repairs management systems.
*Support managers with reporting, data insights, training, and service development
