Registered Manager (Childrens Home) - Worthing £49,875 - £55,000 + up to £18,000 in bonuses
A well-established therapeutic children’s residential care provider is expanding and seeking experienced, committed Registered Managers to lead one of their homes. This is an opportunity to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to thrive.
You will lead and inspire your own team, ensuring the home delivers outstanding care, strong role models and a place children can truly call home.
A relocation package of up to £5,000 is available for candidates willing to move for this role.
This position offers a competitive base salary of £49,875 - £55,000, with the potential to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has at least 5 years’ experience within residential children’s care
*Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising and managing staff
*Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
*Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
*Has achieved "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes in recent Ofsted inspections
