JOB TITLE - Qualified KS2 SEN TeacherABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Primary School in Bristol.
The school is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality education for all pupils and offers a collaborative staff team, strong leadership, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
This is a full-time position, with the potential for the contract to be extended or made permanent depending on performance.
CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS *Location: Bristol
*Position: Qualified KS2 SEN Teacher
*Type: Full-time
*Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day
*Hours: 8:20am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - mandatory
*Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools
*Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
*Experience supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, or Moderate Learning Difficulties
*Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (within the last year)
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*A patient, positive, and student-focused approach to teaching
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: *Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an Enhanced Child-Barred List DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
*Provide two professional, child-related references covering the last 2 years
