We are seeking a Finance Manager on a full-time, on-site basis in Altrincham. This is an opportunity to play a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing financial operations and providing strategic insight to support continued growth and successful project delivery.
A specialist residential development and construction business, recognised for delivering innovative, design-led housing projects across the UK. With a strong focus on quality, creativity, and care. Transforming ideas into high-quality homes that support modern living.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
*Overseeing financial reporting and month-end processes
*Managing accounts, invoicing, and cash flow
*Analysing financial data to support business and project decisions
*Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
*Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
*Providing strategic financial insight to support business performance
Experience in the construction business is preferred, but most importantly, someone who embodies the same values that the company is known for, high quality, creative approaches and care.
