Job Description:
The Company:
A rapidly expanding training provider, offering both online and in person training services throughout the UK. The company headquarters are in London and the Finance Team work remotely, meeting in London twice per month.
Working with some of the UK’s largest employers, they provide professional training schemes via apprenticeship and higher-level qualifications.
The Role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role focuses on the organisation’s revenue generated through apprenticeship schemes. It’s crucial that this revenue is accurately recorded, invoiced and reconcilled in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Monthly reconciliation and posting of sales receipts into Xero
*Investigate differences between values received and expected
*Issue all apprenticeship related invoices
*Ensure timely cash collection of apprenticeship invoices
*Raise payments on bank account for employer incentives
*Liaise with Apprenticeship Teams and other centres to ensure all info/queries both externally and internally are dealt with in timely manner
*Creating journals for Deferred income and any accruals needed
*Maintenance of monthly reports looking at payments received, monthly completions, EPA invoices
*Production of the Finance section for internal and any external Audits
