About the RoleI’m recruiting for an Operations Team Leader to join a fast-paced, high-performing operations function based in Manchester city centre.

The Role• Lead, mentor and develop a team through regular coaching and feedback
• Create a culture of ownership, problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Manage escalations in line with agreed processes and procedures
• Set clear objectives and track performance against key metrics
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate insights and recommendations to influence operational strategy

What They’re Looking For• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a people management role
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, solutions-focused mindset
• Confident delivering feedback and managing performance improvement plans
• Strong understanding of customer confidentiality and operational risk
• Passion for developing others and building high-performing teams
• Full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years)
