Our client based in Peterborough in the Orton Southgate area of Peterborough are looking to recruit an Account Administrator on a fulltime permanent basis. Our client are a 3rd party logistics and warehouse operation. Working in part of a well established team you will manage set customers’ expectations and advise the business on their requirements.
Job Role:-
*Manage the Customer relationship and to exceed the Customer’s expectations.
*Produce and maintain a thorough account plan for each customer (including a clear contact strategy and development objectives). To be personally responsible for ensuring the delivery of this strategy (identifying where support is required) and assessing the results.
*Effectively qualify all customers’ needs, understand those needs and sell against them/deliver service appropriately.
*Track performance of accounts (revenue), opportunity and scope to build and maintain customer relations.
*Manage service performance within the account portfolio and to be a resolution point for any service-related issues.
*Submit accurate and timely business information when required
*Produce and maintain an accurate revenue forecast (rolling 12 months) and report on monthly revenue variances verses both budget and forecast.
To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role dealing with customers on the phone, email and online like Zoom. Dealing with customers, investigating any issues that arise and keep the customer up to date.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30pm and the company are offering a starting salary of £26,000
