Job Description:
RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an excellent, well-known business who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their team in Lytham.
Reporting to and acting as support for the Finance Manager, this Purchase Ledger Clerk role will play a key part in ensuring the end-to-end accounts payable function is running smoothly.
Duties include:
*Processing supplier invoices
*Matching and coding invoices
*Filing invoices on the system
*Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any queries
*Raising BACS payments
*Processing staff expenses
*Supporting with ad-hoc finance tasks across the wider group
