WORKSHOP MANAGER - DEALERSHIP
Basic Salary: Up to - £50,000pa (DOE)
+ OTE - £70,000pa
Location: WEST LONDON
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm.
Our fantastic industry leading dealership client is looking for an experienced WORKSHOP MANAGER to head up their large team and drive business success.
The WORKSHOP MANAGER role:
*Day-to-day control and management, and responsibility of the Workshop
*Managing a large team of Technicians
*Provide safe, cost-effective, compliant, and reliable maintenance solutions
*Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager
*Ensuring Frontline availability is reached at all times
*Work within Health & Safety regulations and be responsible for your safety and those around you.
*Control of the P and L, & CSI scores.
*Carry out or support any repairs alongside the team as and when required
*Carry out Quality checks, Workshop checks, inductions etc.
WORKSHOP MANAGER skills & attributes:
*Previous MAIN DEALER Workshop Controller / Manager experience
*City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
*Good communication skills.
*Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
*Ability to work under pressure and actively seek solutions to problems.
*Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.
*Thorough Knowledge of current MOT regulations and standards.
*Driving License.
