Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group is recruiting an Electrical Bias Maintenance Team Leader for a manufacturing business in Leeds. while staying technically involved in day to day maintenance within a critical environment.
The role This is a hands on role, leading a small team and take ownership of maintenance activity across the site. Responsibilities include:
*Hands on delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across plant, equipment and building systems
*Maintenance of electrical systems including fire alarms, batteries and uninterruptible power supplies
*Boiler maintenance, water testing and strip down for inspections
*Allocating work and supervising engineering activity using the works management system
*Training new starters and apprentices
*Completing risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work
*Liaising with site users to plan shutdowns of critical systems
We are looking for Maintenance Team Leaders/ Maintenance Supervisors with the following: *Strong electrical maintenance experience
*Experience working in a regulated or critical environment
*Previous experience leading or supervising engineers
*A hands on leadership style with strong safety awareness
*Confidence prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
