Job Description:
Document Control / Office Manager (Procore)
*Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 plus package
*Location: Farringdon, London
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a tier one contractor specialising in CAT A & B commercial fit-outs. We are seeking a Document Control / Office Manager with previous experience using Procore.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the main point of contact to ensure all documentation and drawings are up-to-date and readily available on Procore.
*Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes, and other electronic information.
*Liaise with various stakeholders including clients, architects, subcontractors, and designers.
*Provide support during the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of allocated projects.
*Act as a Procore and systems champion to ensure the smooth running of the office.
*Maintain stationery records and ensure they are kept up-to-date.
*Induct new starters in the office.
*Process invoices as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in document control and office management within the construction industry.
*Proficiency in using Procore.
*Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
