Senior FP&A Analyst - Hybrid Working - Fast growing business
Our client, a fast-growing international organisation, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights across the organisation. This position offers exposure to sales, marketing, product, operations and senior leadership, supporting strategic decisions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will contribute to the development of financial reporting, analysis models and business-wide decision support. Responsibilities include:
*Developing and maintaining dashboards, management reports and financial tools
*Analysing regional and legal entity profitability, cost apportionment and financial performance
*Building and adapting forecasting and scenario models
*Supporting commercial teams with sales reporting and strategic analysis
*Identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending actionable insights
*Supporting budget cycles, forecasting, working capital and Opex reporting
*Preparing channel-level sales forecasts and ensuring alignment with product/customer plans
*Producing inventory reporting, including excess and obsolete analysis
*Delivering monthly and quarterly financial commentary
*Supporting month-end close activities within tight deadlines
Requirements
*ACCA/CIMA or similar professional qualification
*4+ years’ relevant analyst experience
*Strong modelling skills and advanced Excel capability
*Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik
*Strong communication skills, able to partner across teams and geographies
