We’re recruiting for a leading specialist engineering fabrication company supplying high-quality metalwork and custom builds to the agriculture sector. We’re looking for a hands-on workshop leader who can drive performance, maintain standards, and support business growth.
The Role
A practical, workshop-based position where you’ll lead daily welding and fabrication activities, manage workflow, develop the team, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll also support quoting, proposals, and client engagement.
What You’ll Do
*Lead from the front on the workshop floor
*Manage scheduling, workflows & resource allocation
*Mentor welders, fabricators & technicians
*Maintain quality and H&S standards
*Support quotes, proposals & client activity
About You
*Strong hands-on welding & fabrication background
*Proven workshop leadership experience
*Excellent communication & organisational skills
*CAD or estimating experience (desirable)
