Site Manager / Supervisor - Demolition Project Location: Oxford
Rate: Competitive day rate (Inside / Outside IR35 - TBC)
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: March 2026

The Opportunity A contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a demolition-led project in Oxford. This role offers full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a high-value scheme.
The Project A £9m demolition project involving controlled demolition works, site clearance, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors in a live environment.
The Role You will take full responsibility for site operations, safety, and programme delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily site activities and subcontractors
* Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
* Overseeing demolition methodology and sequencing
* Maintaining site records, permits, and reporting
* Liaising with project management and engineers
About You * Strong background managing demolition projects
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
* Confident managing safety-critical operations
* Hands-on, delivery-focused approach
