Job Description:
Accounts Assistant – Full-Time, PermanentWe are working with a well-established organisation that is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within finance, with full training provided.
ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Processing transactional financial information, particularly relating to client accounts
*General accounts administration
*Providing support to the wider finance team
*Communicating with colleagues, clients, and external suppliers as required
Essential Skills*Strong numeracy and IT skills
*High accuracy and excellent attention to detail
*Confident communication abilities
Experience*Previous accountancy experience is not essential
*Transferable administrative or financial skills are beneficial
*Full training will be provided, including training on relevant software
Rewards & Benefits*Salary ranging from National Minimum Wage up to £30,000, depending on experience
*30 days’ holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with service
*Additional paid time off over the Christmas period
*Opportunity to study AAT Qualification on a day-release basis (where appropriate)

Working Hours*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
