We are recruiting a Day Concierge on behalf of a residential development. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone professional, well-presented, and highly organised, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent resident experience.
The role would suit someone who lives locally and can demonstrate strong time management, reliability, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities*Acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors
*Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
*Managing access control and maintaining building security
*Handling deliveries, enquiries, and day-to-day concierge duties
*Ensuring communal areas are maintained to a high standard
*Liaising with on-site teams and escalating issues where required
Working Pattern*4 days on / 2 days off rolling rota (including when shifts fall on Bank Holidays)
*First 2 working days: 08:00 – 16:00
*Last 2 working days: 15:30 – 23:30
About You*Previous concierge, reception, or front-of-house experience preferred
*Professional, polished, and customer-focused
*Strong communication and time management skills
*Reliable and flexible to work a rolling shift pattern
