Job Description:
This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are pleased to be working with a busy manufacturing company who are seeking a Quality Engineer to support and maintain high standards across production processes. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure materials, processes, and finished products consistently meet quality expectations, while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
*Support production teams with quality monitoring and improvement actions
*Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
*Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality matters
*Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation activities
*Support compliance with quality standards and maintain documentation in line with ISO 9001
Skills & experience:
*Experience in Quality role with a manufacturing environment
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
*Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (or similar standards) standards
*Confident IT user (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Please note this is a fully site based role working 4.5 days per week.
