QED are working with a well-regarded, Legal 500 law firm that’s looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing team in Milton Keynes, Bucks with 1-2 days WFH. If you’ve got experience in commercial property and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking firm, this could be the role for you.

The Role
You’ll be supporting on a wide mix of commercial property work, including: *Freehold sales and purchases
*Acting on leases for both landlords and tenants
*Rent deposits
*Share purchase agreements
*Refinancing matters
*SIPP transfers
*Agricultural property transactions
*Development sales
*Option and overage agreements
*Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance procedures
*Drafting correspondence and legal documents
*Handling client enquiries over the phone and by email
*Carrying out property searches and Land Registry applications
*Submitting SDLT returns and post-completion work
*General admin support where needed

The Ideal Candidate:
The firm is looking for someone who can bring: *Previous experience in a Commercial Property team
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Strong communication skills
*The ability to stay organised and manage a busy workload
