A unique opportunity is available for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a rapidly growing legal practice in North West London. We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support the conveyancing team, working alongside a growing team processing high-value transactions.
This role blends legal and administrative tasks and offers ample scope for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Drafting basic licences and ancillary legal documents
*Preparing and submitting SDLT forms and Land Registry applications
*Managing pre- and post-completion tasks
*Coordinating property searches and documentation
*Liaising with clients, solicitors and relevant third parties
*Keeping case files and systems up to date and compliant
Key Requirements:
*A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
*Experience in conveyancing (essential)
*Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
*Clear and confident written and verbal communication
