Job Description:
Join my client’s marketing team at a leading visitor attraction as Digital Marketing Executive! This role will support the planning and delivery of digital content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and paid advertising. This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, analysing performance, and contributing to exciting campaigns that drive ticket sales and visitor engagement.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
*Schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and monitor community engagement.
*Capture photos and videos on-site to support campaigns and storytelling.
*Assist with influencer partnerships and user-generated content.
*Update website content, imagery, blogs, and event information via the CMS.
*Support search engine optimisation (SEO) tasks including keyword updates and metadata improvements.
*Monitor website accuracy and user experience.
*Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and customer updates.
*Support audience segmentation and customer journey improvements.
*Check campaign performance (open rates, click-through, conversions).
*Support the execution of paid social media and Google advertising campaigns.
*Help produce digital assets such as graphics, reels, and campaign visuals.
*Coordinate with design, events, and operational teams for content gathering.
*Track digital performance across all channels (social media, email, website).
*Produce regular reports and highlight opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
*Monitor competitor activity and digital trends relevant to visitor attractions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Some experience in digital marketing (agency, in-house, internship, volunteer, or freelance).
*Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
*Good copywriting skills with a creative eye for visuals.
*Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
*Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
