Reporting to the Head of FP&A and being part of a highly motivated, dedicated team in a fast moving environment. Duties will include:-
Responsibilities of the FP&A Accountant Role:-
*Drive financial insight, support decision making and ensure robust financial planning
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals
*Develop, enhance and manage financial models to support business planning
*Consolidate financial inputs from cross functional teams and challenge assumptions
*Prepare monthly management reporting, highlighting key variances, trends and insights
*Support the month end process
*Business Partnering with Operations to provide financial support, translating financial results into actionable recommendations
Requirements of the FP&A Accountant Role:-
*ACA qualified with a degree and strong academics
*Advanced Excel skills
*Excellent analytical and business partnering
*Understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and key financial metrics
