Job Description:
Are you seeking a new opportunity within an office environment?
This role is seeking a candidate with excellent IT skills, good attention to detail, articulate communication & prior office administration experience to undertake a varied position working for my client in the city.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are as comfortable greeting guests as they are speaking with investor clients as you will be handing large value monetary amounts on behalf of those clients. A diligent attitude, the ability to work within a close-knit team whilst managing your time independently is essential.
Duties within the position:
Office Manager:
*Front of house; including meet and greet, first point of contact for external calls
*Facilities Management - management of all office supplies and suppliers
Supporting the Client Services team
*Responsible for running the entire client payment process lifecycle, from the post being collected, through to communicating with clients and sending payments to them.
*Working with external third parties to manage outstanding payments for clients
*Maintaining and updating in-house case-management systems with large datasets of client information
An array of ad-hoc administrative tasks in line with the daily office requirements.
Starting salary - £28k
