About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
*Ensure all care services meet regulatory standards and adhere to company policies.
*Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
*Monitor and review care plans to ensure high-quality, personalised care delivery.
*Manage staffing schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
*Handle complaints, incidents, and safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.


Skills and Experience Required
*Proven experience in a management or leadership role within domiciliary or social care.
*Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, such as CQC standards (or equivalent).
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
*Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
*NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) desirable, but not essential.
*Knowledge of care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
