Your Company:
NET Recruit are supporting an established and successful business within the manufacturing space in their search for an Accounts Payable, to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis, offering hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday in the office) working. The company in question have been pivotal in the manufacturing and production for parts and components, many of which are bespoke, high-end products that are tailored for premium markets across the UK.

Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*Managing supplier statements and resolving invoice and payment queries
*Preparing and processing payment runs
*Assisting with month-end activities relating to accounts payable
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities where required
*Maintaining and developing financial reports across the group
*Providing financial data and reporting to operational and sales teams
*Supporting audits (UK and international) with relevant documentation
*Monitoring and updating foreign exchange rates where applicable
*Assisting the Financial Accountant and Financial Controller with reporting, presentations and business reviews
*Carrying out ad-hoc finance tasks as required by the wider finance team
What you will need to Apply:
*Have prior experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant role
*Be highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines effectively
*Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
*Have good Excel skills and be comfortable working with finance systems
*Demonstrate ambition and a desire to develop and progress within a growing finance function
