Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a long standing SME based in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team.


Key duties will include:
*Managing the Purchase Ledger, including processing invoices and supplier queries
*Maintaining the Sales Ledger and raising sales invoices
*Credit control, building relationships with customers and managing aged debt
*Completing bank reconciliations
*Assisting with and processing payroll


About you:
*Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant role
*Comfortable working across multiple areas of transactional finance
*Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
*Confident communicator, able to liaise with suppliers and customers
*Happy working in an SME environment where flexibility and teamwork are valued
