Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, order processing, data management and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This full-time paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who already have strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute.
You must have over 3 years experience in a senior administrative role.
Duties
*Manage and coordinate administrative processes to ensure operational effectiveness
*Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
*Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
*Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for senior management and team members
*Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
*Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record management
*Support various clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and document management
*Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and improve organisational procedures
Qualifications
*Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions
*Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
*Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry accuracy and organisational skills
*Strong typing skills with attention to detail
*Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
*Experience in handling administrative responsibilities within a professional environment is desirable
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
