A well-known, highly respected and independent insurance Broker based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join their Broker function.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of the claims team while also handling a personal caseload of complex claims.

The Role
*Lead and manage a team of 3 Claims Handlers
*Oversee the day-to-day running of the claims function
*Handle and manage your own portfolio of claims
*Act as a senior point of escalation for complex or high-value claims
*Ensure excellent service delivery to clients and stakeholders
*Maintain strong relationships with insurers and Loss Adjusters
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven background in commercial claims within an insurance Broker environment
*Ideally experienced in handling professional indemnity and cyber insurance claims
*Previous experience managing or supervising a claims team
*Strong technical knowledge of claims processes
*Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with a personal caseload
