Job Description:
Valuations Executive
We are proud to be working on behalf of a remarkable company based in Colchester who are currently looking for a Valuations Executive to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the company ensuring they support the team and clients. You must be able to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment, have used CRM systems and have a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
*Compile valuation reports using approved templates in line with company standards for Part Exchange
*Ensure all valuation reports are accurate, complete, and professionally
*Upload photos, floor plans, evidence, and supporting documentation
*Compile and verify property information using online tools and data sources
*Maintain accurate and up to date records within valuation systems and CRM databases
*Identify and flag concerns, risks, or inconsistencies within valuation reports
*Liaise with agents and valuers to clarify valuation figures
*Respond promptly and professionally to external queries
*Support the team during peak workload periods to ensure deadlines are met
