Health & Safety Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
City of London | Hybrid | £14.50 p/h
Our global client are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an administrative, coordination-focused role supporting property compliance and safety requirements.
The Role:
*Booking landlord gas safety certificates
*Arranging domestic electrical installation condition reports
*Coordinating portable appliance testing
*Liaising with tenants and contractors to schedule works
*Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation
Details:
*Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
*Hybrid working
*Immediate start required
*One-stage Teams interview
About You:
*Strong administrative experience (property experience ideal)
*Highly organised with excellent communication skills
*Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
