Job Description:
My architecture client are seeking Architect with a strong background in sports and leisure projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects, including schemes with construction values of £5m+, and will be confident working in Revit within a BIM environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead technically and creatively on complex projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver sports and leisure projects across all RIBA stages
* Take responsibility for projects with values of £5m+
* Produce and coordinate detailed architectural designs using Revit
* Manage project teams and coordinate consultants
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard
* Prepare and review technical packages, drawings, and specifications
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
Required Experience & Skills * ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working on sports and/or leisure projects
* Demonstrable track record of running projects valued at £5m+
* Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working in a BIM environment
* Solid technical knowledge and detailing ability
* Experience leading project teams and coordinating consultants
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
This will be a hybrid role after probation is completed. (2days a week workign from home)
