Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in complex Employee Relations casework? We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join a complex unionised organisation on an interim basis via Hays in Dorset.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage a range of complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, sickness, absence management and investigations.
*Provide expert advice to managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practice.
*Work closely with trade unions and employee representatives to maintain positive industrial relations.
*Potentially support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and consultations.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
*Prepare detailed reports and documentation for hearings and tribunals where required.
Skills & Experience
*Proven track record in handling complex ER casework within a unionised environment.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex large organisation HR practices.
*Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
*Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.

*This role is offered on an initial interim contract for 3 months with scope for longer term via Hays online time sheets.
*Based in Dorset, 3 days per week on site with 2 days from home
