Outbound Customer Service Advisor
*Making outbound calls to customers who have made enquiries of services
*To ensure that all customer communication, both verbal and written, is of the highest standard at all times
*Ensuring all written paperwork is sent to customers in a timely and accurate fashion
*Recording and logging all correspondence and updating and maintaining a database
*To follow up on all correspondence
Person Specification - Outbound Customer Service Advisor
*Must have a confident, professional telephone manner
*Previous experience of working within a similar role
*IT literate with accurate data entry skills
*Ability to work as part of a team to achieve team goals
