It’s a role for someone who takes pride in strong administration, ownership, and follow-through, and who wants to play a key part in keeping projects and client interactions running smoothly.

*Supporting sales teams by coordinating information, samples, and documentation
*Acting as a reliable link between clients, sales, project management, and technical teams
*Responding to client questions around product performance and technical information, sharing clear and accurate guidance
*Maintaining clear, accurate records and documentation to support live projects

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
*Experience in a customer service, sales support, coordination, or similar role within an industry environment
*A track record of handling multiple priorities accurately and reliably
*Comfort working in a detail-heavy role where structure, organisation, and follow-through matter
*Clear, professional written and verbal communication
*Confidence working with both internal teams and external clients
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Fluent written and spoken English

Benefits
*Vitality private medical insurance
*Bupa dental cover
*9% employer pension contribution!
*Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–17:30, Friday: 09:00–17:00
*Annual holiday entitlement of five weeks, plus UK public holidays
*Beautiful offices based nearby to Shoreditch

Company culture
The business is design-led and quality-focused, with beautiful, thoughtfully designed offices in an excellent location close to Shoreditch. The working environment is calm, professional, and well structured — a place where people can focus and do their best work.
There is clear investment in the team, reflected in both the working environment and a market-leading benefits package. Employees are trusted to take ownership of their roles and are supported to work sustainably, with an emphasis on high standards, accuracy, and doing things properly.
It’s a culture that suits people who value organisation, clarity, and being part of a business that genuinely looks after its people.
