What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Estate Accountant, you’ll be the reliable pair of hands that keeps the finance function running smoothly, including:
*Owning payment runs end-to-end
*Bank, control and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities/trusts
*Payroll for c.20 employees - accurate, on time, compliant
*AP/AR: invoices, supplier statements, and resolving queries
*Supporting month-end with tidy schedules for the Estate Accountant
*Keeping data clean and helping reduce manual workarounds as systems evolve

*Proven payroll experience (small headcount is fine)
*Strong reconciliation discipline
*Solid AP/AR and month-end habits
*Confident Excel skills and a practical, process-improving mindset
*Calm, "can-do", flexible approach in a small, friendly office
