This newly created HR Advisor role has been introduced to strengthen HR operations and ensure the smooth delivery of core people services within this Norwich-based organisation.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be central to maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, advising on employee relations issues, and supporting a proactive HR service to the business. This is an excellent chance to develop broad HR experience and make a visible contribution to organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day HR administration: maintain HR records, process documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
*Support end-to-end recruitment activity: job adverts, candidate experience, offers and onboarding.
*Act as a first point of contact for colleague queries on HR policies and processes.
*Assist with employee relations casework, escalating complex matters where necessary.
*Produce regular HR KPI and management reporting to inform decision-making.
*Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records.
*Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies.
Skills & experience
*Practical experience in an HR support or advisory role, ideally with CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.
*Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
*Good knowledge of employment legislation and best-practice HR processes.
*Confident communicator able to handle colleague enquiries sensitively and professionally.
*Discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.
