Our client are a boutique firm of Independent Financial Planners who are known for their integrity, client-first approach, and outstanding service. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to welcome a Technical Financial Planning Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner to join their growing organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Financial Services experience who wants to develop technically, gain professional qualifications, and progress their career within a stable and respected firm.
The role:
You’ll play a key part in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality service. Responsibilities will include:
" Providing technical and administrative support to Financial Planners
" Assisting with the preparation and delivery of client advice and reviews
" Liaising with product providers, platforms, and undertaking product research
" Using FE Analytics to support investment-related work
" Processing new business from submission through to completion
" Preparing client correspondence and managing documentation
About you:
" Previous experience within Financial Services (IFA / Wealth / Advice environment preferred)
" Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
" Confident communicator, both written and verbal
" Able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
" Working towards (or keen to start) CII Level 4 qualifications
