The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who enjoys working with high-net-worth individuals and is looking to further their career within a technically strong and collaborative team. You’ll be involved in a broad scope of work, including estate planning, trusts, personal tax, and probate, with the chance to contribute to cross-departmental matters involving property and corporate tax.

Key responsibilities
*Advising clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate matters.
*Providing practical guidance on personal tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax.
*Collaborating with property and corporate tax colleagues to offer integrated solutions.
*Supporting related practice areas, including professional indemnity matters, as required.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
*At least 5+ PQE with experience drafting wills, trusts, and related private client documentation.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
*A detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
*A flexible and proactive attitude, willing to contribute to business development activities.
