Up to £35,000 basic salary
£50,000 - £60,000+ OTE - this could realistically increase to 6-figures in future years
9am – 6pm Monday-Friday, Saturday’s optional at this stage, to be discussed

My clients are a well-established and reputable property business who have expanded their operations and opened a Residential Estate and Lettings Agency in the heart of East London. Their brand new offices are fully set up and are ready to grow a sales team within. When I say they are plush offices, I mean they are HIGH END and PLUSH and they provide a dynamic and exciting working environment.
They are subscribed to and fully set up with several top platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket in order to ensure maximum exposure for future clients. Their CRM system, 10ninety, allows for efficient and streamlined operations.
This dynamic and cutting edge property business is currently seeking a driven and experienced property professional to take the helm of this top quality brand. If successful, you will initially begin a valuing and listing campaign and as the pipeline grows, you will build a new sales team around you.

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager - Responsibilities:
Cold start new sales and lettings business
Build a strong network of clients
Conduct property valuations and listings for both sales and lettings
Oversee the sales and lettings process, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the industry
Recruit, train and develop new team members and grow a team around you
Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Manager - Requirements:
Proven successful experience valuing and listing properties both for Sale and To Let
You must be a self-starter that is willing to go out there and grab the new business; Passion for the property industry and a desire to succeed
Proven track record in exceeding targets; Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems
