Job Description:
Support Worker - Car Driver
*Location: Wirral
*Job Type: Part-time
*Hours: Wednesday 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Thursday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (potential additional day)
We are seeking a Support Worker who is a car driver to assist a sporty and active 30-year-old male with an acquired brain injury. The ideal candidate should be energetic and enjoy an active lifestyle to match our client’s interests. This role does not require personal care or management of challenging behaviours.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Accompanying the individual to various activities and appointments.
*Ensuring a safe and supportive environment while fostering independence.
*Engaging in sports and physical activities with the individual.
*Assisting with daily routines.
*Driving the individual to activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Valid driver’s license (own car and business insurance)
*Experience in a support role, preferably with adults who have additional needs.
*Active lifestyle and interest in sports.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Patience, commitment, and a supportive approach.
