The role itself:
*Provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, and protection
*Build tailored financial plans and deliver ongoing reviews
*Develop long-term client relationships
*Convert new business from referrals and warm leads
*Stay on top of market and regulatory changes
*Work closely with a supportive, well-structured team

What you’ll need:
*Level 4 Diploma
*Current CAS status
*Experience managing a sizable client book
*Client-focused, ethical, and commercially aware
*Willingness to travel locally when needed
