We’re working with a leading group of businesses who is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career in accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
*Matching, batching, and coding invoices.
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
*Preparing and processing payment runs.
*Handling supplier queries promptly and professionally.
*Supporting month-end processes and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*AAT studier (min level 3)
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*A proactive team player with great communication skills.
