Purpose of the Role
To support young people leaving care as they move into independent living, acting as a Personal Advisor and ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality support.

*Pay: £19.11 per hour
*Driving licence: Essential




Day-to-Day Tasks
*Provide Personal Advisor support in line with the Children Leaving Care Act 2000
*Complete regular visits, welfare checks, and maintain accurate case records
*Support with housing applications, budgeting, benefits, education, employment, and practical life skills
*Develop and review Pathway Plans with each young person
*Offer emotional support, guidance, and advocacy
*Work closely with housing, health, education, and community partners to deliver coordinated support




Requirements
*Experience supporting young people
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage a caseload
*Full UK driving licence
