Residential Conveyancers – All Levels - Cardiff
TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a well-established and highly regarded Cardiff-based law firm that is looking to expand its residential conveyancing team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work.
This opportunity would suit Conveyancers of all levels, from Junior Conveyancers and Paralegals through to Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Senior Fee Earners, including those with supervisory or managerial experience.
The Role:
You’ll be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, which may include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership (depending on experience)
The firm is open to tailoring caseloads and responsibilities based on experience level, with genuine flexibility and support in place.
