Internal Sales Consultant
Erith | Monday–Friday | OTE £33,600+
About the role If you are already a Sales Consultant or want to build a career as one, this role offers the structure, targets, and rewards to help you succeed in a KPI-led environment. Working with an established customer base, the role centres on building long-term relationships, maximising value on every conversation, and consistently delivering results.
With an average of 80 outbound calls per day, this role suits someone who enjoys pace, structure, and clear performance targets. Success is rewarded, and the numbers speak for themselves — 85% of the current team hit their sales target.
This is a high-energy, performance-driven environment where ambition is encouraged and results are recognised.
What we are looking for The ideal candidate is motivated by targets, earnings, and progression. This role requires focus, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly while driving commercial outcomes.
Key requirements include:
*Confidence in warm sales conversations
*Ability to make around 80 outbound calls per day
*Strong relationship-building skills
*Comfortable working to KPIs and sales targets
*Resilient, focused, and self-motivated
*Commercial awareness with a hunger to earn
*A driven mindset with a desire to consistently improve
What’s in it for you *Basic salary of £24,000 to £26,000
*OTE £33,600+ with uncapped earning potential
