We are currently assisting one of our Wealth and Investments clients in their search for a Compliance Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve ensuring the business is in line with UK FCA regulations. Compliance Consultant role responsibilities:
*Identify and investigate issues and/or trends which may adversely affect the businesses’ ability to comply with applicable legislation and/or regulations
*Monitor changes in regulation, legislation, regulatory guidance, technology and industry trends etc and coordinating the response to these changes
*Conducting RCA and document findings clearly to Senior Management
*Work with Operations Control to ensure accurate and timely calculations to confirm if a client has suffered financial disadvantage
*Ensure policies and procedures are updated based on RCA findings to embed improvements
Desirable experience:
*Financial Services experience with an Investments or Pensions focus
*Internal Audit experience preferred
*Excellent communicator
*Good with systems
