Administrator
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Hourly Rate: £13.79 + holiday pay and additional benefits
Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing with view to go permanent
We’re currently recruiting for an organised and focused Administrator for a role based in Liverpool City Centre. Working within a compliance department, you’ll support the team by ensuring all checks, documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
*Completing a range of compliance checks and background verifications.
*Undertaking research assignments and reviewing data to highlight patterns or inconsistencies.
*Updating databases and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
*Producing documentation and reports to support research outcomes.
*Sharing findings and raising any concerns with internal stakeholders.
*Regular meetings and updated with internal partners.
*Support with ongoing projects and keeping up to date with inhouse training.
*Handling incoming queries and managing ticket requests.
*Supporting wider compliance and cross-departmental projects when required.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in compliance, research, or a related academic background.
A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Confident IT skills, particularly when working with data and internal systems.
This role whilst temporary to start will be looking to go permanent, so will suit someone available straight away or with a weeks’ notice, but who is also looking for a long-term opportunity with progression and development opportunities.
