Our client is a high-end Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Stock Control Coordinator for their head office. The Stock Control team plays a crucial role in their operational business by overseeing daily stock control operations and ensuringthat all stock procedures and Audit requirements are respected. As a Stock Control Coordinator, you will be responsible to support the overall business regarding Stock and Administration functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. Must have the following skills:
*Stock Management
*Safes: Inventory and organisation.
*Responsible to coordinate stock control operations.
*Monitoring stock movements: preparation and allocation (stores, meeting, exhibitions).
*Stock control:
*Planner & organiser of stock inventory & investigation if needed.
*Oversee and track the stock in-transit receipt.
*Alerting key management when high level of stock movement is actioned.
*Coordinate safe-transit practice with key Management Teams.
*Keep inventory records.
*SAP: Responsible that the physical stock is aligned with the stock informatically.
*Processes and procedure:
*Challenge and improve processes when necessary.
*Implement new processes - lead and coordinate with the different teams.
*Others:
*Additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities
*Partner with IT to improve the system and the efficiency of the team


Experience and professional competencies:
*Background in Jewellery or in luxury is mandatory
*Passionate or strong interest for the jewellery industry is a plus.
*Experience in a stock control role would be ideal.
*Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word and SAP system knowledge a plus.
